ABOUT ME
Ciao a tutti!
My name is Laura and I’m an Italian girl living in Spain. I’m a conference organizer by profession and a traveler by passion. Since I was a kid, I always wanted to travel. It has always been fascinating to me.
My motto is “travel far enough, you meet yourself” because since when I started to travel I know myself better than I ever have before. I know my strength, my weakness and I also know that I am an independent and capable person that can reach anything I want to. Travelling isn’t only about how many places you can travel, it’s discovering the world and in the meantime learning how to believe in yourself.
I travelled alone out of the country for the first time when I was 10 years old though a study program in Cambridge. After learning some English, discovering new places and meeting new people, I fell totally in love with travel. Then, when I was 17 years old I went on to spend my junior year of High school in Casper, Wyoming, United States, through a study abroad program. I’ve always loved the exchange of cultures, challenging myself and craving new experiences.
When I was 22 years old I went to Spain for the Erasmus program though my University, and today I’m living in Spain because of my job.
This blog? It started during Covid. I needed a way to keep the travel dream alive and share some stories. Now, as we live in a post-pandemic reality, the essence of this blog remains unchanged: to inspire, to share, and to continue discovering the endless wonders that travel brings into our lives.
So, if you’re into travelling, looking for some inspiration, or just want to see where I head next, stick around. Your support means a lot, and I hope we can all inspire each other to keep exploring, no matter what.
Thank you for being here. Let the adventure begin!
